Tradeoff Analysis
Description:
Users are asked to 'spend' pretend money on features that they would want
in a product. The cost of each feature (high, medium, or low) is based
on the projected cost to develop, and is determined together with project
developers.
Objective:
To get user input to prioritize a set of potential product requirements.
