Profiling
Description:
Discern what types of people carry out what tasks, gather typical demographic
data (e.g. age, gender, education level) plus other user characteristics
of specific interest to the current product development team (e.g. experience
with e-commerce, experience with certain browsers, experience buying certain
products).
Objective:
To understand for whom the product is being developed. Also, to drive
the search for participants for future usability tests.
